If you are finding it hard to lose weight take a moment to read this post.

So many people I speak with are so confused when it comes to weight loss.

No, you don’t have to give up all your favorite foods.

No, you don’t have to feel deprived.

So, what do you need to do?

Stop obsessing about food!!!

If you can do this, you can free yourself from the endless cycle of losing weight and gaining it back!

The easiest way I can explain this to you is to tell you to look at how your ancestors ate.

Sometimes they would feast, and other days they might not eat much all day. There were periods of higher and lower calorie intake and it balanced out over a period of time to a lower amount than if they ate they same amount each day.

It also allowed them to use their energy highs and lows to the best of their ability.

Instead of restricting your calories every single day so you are miserable (and hungry all the time), cycle your days so one day you have a high calorie day and other days you have a low-calorie day.

This way, instead of being hungry and deprived all the time (like most diets), you are only hungry a few days a week. This hunger gets easier to manage the more you cycle your days.

Plus, you are free to eat what you want on your higher calorie days so you never feel like you are missing out on enjoying the things you love to eat the most.

This method works so well for weight loss and is a natural reflection of how we were truly meant to eat.

We were not meant to eat all day, every day. It is too much on our body and our organs never get a break.

But we were also not meant to deprive ourselves, we were meant to eat what we saw. Can you imagine our ancestors looking for food and seeing a bowl of fruit or juicy steak and saying no?
